What Garment or Material do you use? 

We use a high-end, Premium Garment crafted from 80% organic cotton and 20% recycled polyester with 350 - 400 gsm weight. It’s luxuriously thick, exceptionally softer than standard garments. From the moment you try it on, you’ll feel the difference in quality.

Made in Certified Facilities that follow strict ethical, environmental, and social standards. They're free from harmful chemicals, 100% animal-free, and fully traceable from source to finish.

This level of care, quality, and responsibility does come at a higher cost but it ensures you're wearing something that not only feels amazing but is made with integrity.

What makes a photo suitable for embroidery?

Note: We check and scan every photo for quality and safety before we start your custom embroidery. If there’s any issue, we’ll get in touch!

For the best result, choose a Clear and Visible Image. Well-lit photos tend to translate beautifully. Overly complex or low-quality images may lose detail, so simplicity often delivers the most elegant finish. 

If your design includes text, please double-check all spelling and dates before submitting. We design exactly what you provide, and while we take great care in every piece, we kindly ask that customers take responsibility for any input errors.

Should you need guidance, we’re always happy to advise you before we begin.

Can I see the design preview?

Everything is unique ✍️ hand-drawn Design for each individual order and this process takes time. Unfortunately, we can't show the design preview before ordering. We hope you'd understand :)

Returns and Cancelations?

Each hoodie is custom embroidered to order, which means we’re unable to accept returns or cancellations once your design is in production. We encourage you to double-check your photo, text, and size selection before placing your order. That said, if you notice a mistake or need to make a change shortly after ordering contact us within 2 hours and will begin the process —we’ll do our best to help before production begins. In the rare case of a quality issue or error on our end, we’ll always make it right. Just send us a photo and your order details, and we’ll take care of it.

When can i expect my order? 

Day 1 to 2 - Designing your personalised outline arts

Day 3 - Embroidering, quality check & dispatch

Day 4 to 5 - Your order is on its way..

Day 6 to 7- Arrival of your order.

Is international shipping available?

At the moment, we offer shipping exclusively within mainland UK. Each piece is custom made and carefully delivered to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

International shipping is on our horizon, and we’re excited to offer it in the near future. If you'd like to be among the first to know when it opens, we recommend signing up for updates..
